Brand new Monitor is brand new in the original box. It may be open, but the monitor has never been used. It will include the original box and packing materials. Grade A

Monitor functions as new, but is used. It is complete with no missing parts, bases. It includes video and power cables. It may have any of the following:

  • minor scuff
  • minor scratch
  • minor sticker or tape residue from asset tag
Computer functions as new, but is used. It may have any of the following:

  • internal and external dust
  • minor scuff
  • minor scratch
  • minor sticker or tape residue from asset tag
Laptop functions as new, but is used. It may have any of the following:

  • internal and external dust
  • minor scuff
  • minor scratch
  • minor sticker or tape residue from asset tag
Grade B
Monitor functions very good. It is complete internally, but may with no missing parts, bases, and includes video and power cables. It may have any of the following:


  • scratch longer than 1"
  • scuff longer than 1"
  • heavy sticker residue
  • very minor image defect
Computer functions very good. It is complete internally. It may have any of the following:

  • missing small plastic panel that does not affect operation
  • scratch longer than 1"
  • scuff longer than 1"
  • heavy sticker residue
  • very minor image defect
Laptop functions very good. It is complete. It may have any of the following:

  • scratch longer than 1"
  • scuff longer than 1"
  • heavy sticker residue
  • minor image defect
  • Hairline crack in plastic
Grade C
May be any of these:

  • functional, but with case damage
  • functional, but with image defects

May be any of these:
  • functional, but with case damage
  • functional, but with image defects
May be any of these:

  • functional, but with case damage
  • functional, but with image defects

Grade D
  • Monitor does not function and needs repair.
  • The screen is not cracked.
  • Heavily damaged case
  • Computer is non functional

  • Bad motherboard
  • Missing parts
  • Cracked lcd
  • Heavily damaged case
